Milk is more than the sum of its parts. Yes, Fylde milk is special because of where it's produced but in the same way that no Lancashire hotpot is ever quite as good as your nan's was (or is) there are some essential ingredients that make Fylde milk special. Those ingredients are care and time.

We enjoy working with farmers who know that happy cows give better milk and who know that fresh grass, good husbandry and the occasional family walk in the country are the best ways keep cows happy.
